    The program will upload a file containing the channel list in this format:
    "[ICON]SEXP[/ICON][USER]FyRe[/USER][PING]47[/PING]"
    If the user is an operator the icon will be "OP" or if the user has a UDP plug the ping will be "PLUG"
    The format can currently not be changed, but it is planned. Intervals and On/Off features are configurable.
